Lodging

Cabins

Most guests choose to stay in our newly constructed cabins. Two adult cabins, each divided into two sides, are designed to house 8 people per side. Four youth cabins, each divided into two sides, are designed to house 14 people per side using bunked beds. Every cabin has a main bathroom with 3 private showers as well as a separate, smaller bathroom located in the counselor room. The cabins accommodate groups of up to 144 people and are equipped with air conditioning and heat.

Family Units

More private than the cabins, the camp also has three motel style family units available for those who only need a few beds. Each climate controlled room has a set of bunk beds and one double bed. Each has its own bathroom as well a few simple amenities such as a coffee maker, mini fridge, and hair dryer. These units are perfect for a single family looking to get away.

Clergy House

The clergy house has been created from the former executive director home at the Camp. Through the vision of All Saints’ Board of Trustees and staff, that house has now been re purposed as a sacred place for the benefit and enjoyment of our Diocesan clergy, their families, and friends. The house boasts 6 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, living room with fireplace, dining room, and a full kitchen. (click here for photo gallery)

Meeting Spaces

Beck Center

The Beck Center is our premier meeting space. Its main room seats nearly 200 in theatre style, while three smaller breakout spaces provide excellent spaces for small group work or breakout sessions. An expansive deck overlooks a commanding view of Lake Texoma. The Beck Center has played host to numerous weddings as well as countless retreats. This versatile facility comes complete with a sacristy including Bibles, Books of Common Prayer, and supplies necessary for a complete worship service.

Power Center

The Power Center is our quiet spiritual oasis in the woods, complete with a porch overlooking the lake and campfire ring. A perfect setting for a workshop, meeting, or retreat for smaller groups, this conference center provides a close intimate feeling thanks to the carpeted floors and ample furniture.

Youth Cabin Adult Cabin

Cabin Meeting Space

Each cabin has its own large, attached meeting space with tables and chairs sufficient to seat 30 people. When you rent a cabin, this convenient space comes along with the rental! One youth cabin features a pool table and another includes a ping-pong table. The meeting spaces of adult cabins also feature microwave, mini fridge, couch, and cushioned chairs.
