Sleeping Spaces

Most guests choose to stay in our newly constructed cabins.  Four Youth Cabins, each divided into two sides, are designed to house 14 people per side (twelve youth and two adults). Two Adult / Special Needs Cabins, each divided into two sides, are designed to house 8 people per side .  Every cabin has a main bathroom with 3 private showers as well as a separate, smaller bathroom.  The cabins accommodate groups of up to 144 people and are equipped with air conditioning and heat.

More private than the cabins, the camp also has seven Family Units (motel rooms).  Each climate controlled room has a set of bunk beds and one double bed.  Each has it own bathroom.

Meeting Spaces

Each cabin has its own large, attached meeting space with tables and chairs.  These can accommodate up to 40 people.

The Beck Conference Center is our premier meeting space.  Its main room seats nearly 200 in theatre style, while three smaller breakout spaces seat 35-75-75 respectively.  An expansive deck overlooks a commanding view of Lake Texoma.

The Power Conference Center is our quiet spiritual oasis in the woods, with a view of the lake and campfire ring.

Food

We offer three meals each day from a carefully planned, professionally prepared and well-balanced menu.  Salad and fruit bars are available at each meal.  Special dietary needs can easily be accommodated.
